Anna Uschold, PA-C
Anna grew up in Coos Bay, Oregon and travelled to New York to earn her Bachelor of Science degree focusing on Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University. She then attended the Duke University Physician Assistant Program and earned her Master of Health Sciences degree and PA certification in 2006. During PA school, she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Anna and her husband have three young children and enjoy spending time outdoors, running, and horseback riding.

Dakota Donahoe, PA-C
Dakota is a native of Klamath Falls, Oregon. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2013. She earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health Science University in 2016. Dakota works as a Physician Assistant with Dr. Uschold in clinic patient care.

Kaitlin Stapleton, NP
Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She worked as a Neurovascular Intensive Care nurse for several years before returning to get her master’s degree in Nursing in 2017 from the University of Toledo. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, rollerblading, and spending time with family and friends.

William Guo, PA-C
Will is originally from Los Angeles, California. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. He later moved to North Carolina to attend Duke University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program where he graduated in 2022. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing piano, and spending time outdoors with his dog.

Doreen Yang, PA-C
Doreen is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019, and later moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University School of Medicine PA Studies. This was where she fell in love with the mountains and chose to pursue grander scenery and moved to Oregon to start her PA career in neurosurgery. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with her cat.

Shelby Crump, PA-C
Shelby grew up in northeast Ohio and received her undergraduate degree at the University of Akron. She spent the following two years working internationally before returning to the U.S. to continue her education. She then obtained her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Oregon. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with loved ones.
