Why are Patient Outcomes Important?
Why are patient outcomes important?
We measure and monitor patient outcomes for each spine procedure that we perform as part of our commitment to evidence-based, results-oriented medicine. What this means is that we perform surgery when we are confident that a surgery will improve a patient’s quality of life. We also have a strong philosophy that conservative, non-surgical spine treatment has been explored, such as anti-inflammatory drugs, physical therapy and other non-surgical means.
