8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

After hours and weekends the physician on-call is available for emergencies and can be reached through our Answering Service at (541) 779-1672.

Directions:

Take I-5 to the South Medford exit #27.
Turn North off of the overpass towards E Barnett RD
Turn right onto E. Barnett Road.
Travel approximately one mile to Murphy Road.
(You will pass the Rogue Valley Medical Center on the left.)
Turn right (south) onto Murphy Road.
Southern Oregon Neurosurgical & Spine Associates, PC is on the corner of State Street and Murphy Road.
Immediately after traveling through the intersection of State Street and Murphy turn left into our parking lot.
