About the SONSA Brookings Clinic

Since 2005, Dr. David Walker has been providing neurosurgical care to patients at the Medford based clinic Southern Oregon Neurosurgical & Spine Associates. A signifcant number of these patients have been traveling to their appointments from the coastal regions of Southern Oregon and Northern California. This motivated Dr. Walker to establish an outreach clinic for these patients. Patient convenience and comfort are important to Dr. Walker and fundamental to the patient experience that he provides.

The vision of the SONSA Brookings Clinic is to bring a superior neurosurgical experience to the patients of the coastal regions without the need for them to travel. While surgery will still be provided in one of the Medford facilities, coastal patients will now be able to have their initial consultation, follow-up exams, and post-operative appointments at the SONSA Brookings Clinic. Appointments will be scheduled by referral at the SONSA clinic in Medford. Patient exams will be provided at the Curry Medical Center. Dr. Walker looks forward to seeing his coastal patients in Brookings.
